All aboard for CSR!
Corporate Social Responsibilityis a concept whereby companies voluntarily integrate social, ethical and environmental concerns into their business activities and human interactions. CSR aims to make a positive contribution to society as a whole, while maintaining economic profitability. The question is how to implement it in my company…
What if the solution came from BEHAVIORAL SCIENCE?
These sciences study our behavior in order to understand, predict and influence individual and collective actions and choices . In this way, they aim to improve decision-making and develop effective interventions in various fields, particularly in business. One of its most recent theories, NUDGE , even won a Nobel Prize! An effective way of achieving CSR objectives, it encourages individuals to act, without forcing them to do so.
In perpetual evolution, the company is a unique place where Nudges can be activated to improve employee commitment to CSR.

Nudge: By playing on the bias of salience , a visual attracts attention so that the hand is placed on the ramp. If it’s impossible to avoid bias, it is possible to reduce its influence.
