The body at the service of team spirit

There’s going to be some sport! Have you ever skied as a team? Have you ever taken part in a penalty shoot-out with your colleagues? The CBR zOlympiades will feature a wide variety of workshops and games to promote mutual aid and cooperation, in a relaxed atmosphere.

The aim for each team is to achieve the best possible performance in each event, with a view to a podium finish. Watch out for giggles, they can slow you down!

Rest assured, you don’t need a gym membership or an Olympic medal to take part – quite the opposite, in fact: it’s more about team spirit and participation than physical strength or skill (but save a little for yourself). We offer a wide range of activities, from ball sports to fun challenges such as giant skis. Our fun and sporting events alternate with challenges where organization and cooperation are the order of the day.

The event begins with a briefing, during which the participants, divided into teams, are given a Road-Book containing riddles to solve and a route including game workshops. Victory is based on the accumulation of points across the various events, culminating in a prize-giving ceremony.

Ready for the challenge?

The essential skills highlighted in the zOlympiades are communication, problem-solving and rapid decision-making. That’s it!

Our activities enable teams to put these skills to use in an environment that is conducive to discovering each other’s strengths and understanding group dynamics, where good communication is crucial to successful Team Building.

Four or five activities are planned to make participants sweat (just a little, I promise). The event begins with a briefing, during which teams receive a Road-Book, a practical guide to making the most of these events.

We also take into account the diversity of employees’ interests and abilities by offering a variety of activities, from the most physical to the most luck-dependent.

Our activities encourage exchange and collaboration and can be played anywhere outdoors. We can accommodate large groups (Bois de Boulogne, Bois de Vincennes and any other outdoor venue) and adapt to the space available.

We can also play indoors if your premises are suitable. Alternatively, you can rely on CBR Team Building to find a suitable venue!

Olympics

zOlympiades: the ideal activity for cooperation and mutual aid

The CBR zOlympiades are distinguished by their focus on mutual aid and cooperation through multi-activity fun and sporting challenges. These games have been designed to encourage collaboration, sharing and mutual support within teams, thus promoting greater cohesion and group dynamics.

The game workshops are divided into major “skill” families:
– Speed, Reflexion and Strategy
– Coordination, Address
– Flexibility, Concentration
– Decision-making

Benefits of the zOlympiades

Our inter-team challenges focus on cooperation and involvement. The aim of each team is to achieve the best performance in the challenges. Put the complementary skills of each team member to work for the team!

What’s the betting that your employees will be asking for more at the end of the challenge? By offering a wide range of challenges and wacky activities, satisfaction and laughter are guaranteed… but try not to laugh too much to stay focused on your events!

A cocktail of fun and sporting activities

Which Team Building sports activities should you choose to galvanize your team spirit? Our zOlympiades, of course! Participants compete in different workshops, then change workshops at regular intervals.

Our fun workshops are varied and accessible to all:

Pétanque: test of skill, with precision shots
Towel badminton: towels, ball, net and… pre-match!
Fruit juice tasting: blind taste test
Slalom soccer: game of skill, ball on foot
Memory: putting visual memory to the test!
Tactile dominoes: a test of coordination and communication. Blind, a chain to be reconstituted as quickly as possible.
Ultimate: Frisbee throwing event
S wamp: coordination test. A course to create and use to get out of the swamp, thanks to wooden bricks laid on the ground.

How are zOlympiades activities organized?

Four or five activities are planned. The activity begins with a briefing, during which the participants, divided into teams, are given a road-book containing riddles to solve and a route including game workshops.

Are the zOlympiades suitable for everyone?

The zOlympiades is a fun and sporting challenge that promotes mutual aid and cooperation between participants. All our activities are designed to challenge teams while remaining accessible to all, with no physical condition required. Victory will depend more on team spirit than on individual sporting ability!

What is the goal of each team at the zOlympics?

CBR Team Building’s zOlympiades are a great way to strengthen team cohesion, improve communication and create lasting memories. Remember, the ultimate goal of zOlympiades is not just to win, but to have fun, get to know each other better and strengthen team bonds.

The goal of each team at the CBR zOlympiad is to achieve the best performance in each event and reach the podium (the ultimate physical challenge, but for the glory!).
