What is Team Building?
The term ” Team Building” comes from behavioral research carried out in the USA, where Team Building gradually spread to companies before arriving in France in the 90s.
It refers to events organized by companies in the form of sports challenges, quizzes or rallies, and more recently includesescape games, murder parties or videoconference games. They take place in prestigious locations (museums, castles) as well as on company premises, with the common thread of fun and federative moments between employees.
How to organize a Team Building with CBR?
